How much will I get for my car?
It depends on the make, model, age, condition and whether any parts are missing. Call or fill in the quote form with the details and we'll give you a firm offer. We pay up to $9,999.
How do I get a quote?
Call 0444 575 577 or fill in the quote form on any page. Tell us the year, make, model, condition and your suburb. Photos help but aren't required.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to accept.
When do I get paid?
On the spot, when we pick up the car.
Will the price change when you arrive?
Not if the car matches what you told us. If there are big differences, like missing parts that weren't mentioned, we'll talk it through with you before anything happens.
Pickup & towing
Is the car removal really free?
Yes. Towing is included anywhere we service, with no hidden fees on the day.
How fast can you pick up?
Often the same day across Brisbane, depending on your suburb and our schedule. We'll confirm a time when you accept the quote.
What areas do you cover?
Brisbane and South East Queensland, including Logan, Ipswich, Beenleigh, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, Redcliffe, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
Do I need to be there at pickup?
Usually, yes, so we can check the car, sign the paperwork and pay you. If that's tricky, let us know and we'll work something out.
My car is in a tight spot or has flat tyres. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Our tilt tray can winch cars on. Just let us know about access, flat tyres or locked wheels when you call.

What kinds of vehicles do you buy?
Cars, utes, 4WDs, SUVs, vans, light trucks and small buses, in any condition.
Do you buy cars that don't run?
Yes. Non-running, damaged, unregistered and scrap cars are all fine.
Do you buy written-off cars?
Yes, including statutory and repairable write-offs.
Do you buy unregistered cars?
Yes. The car doesn't need rego or a safety certificate, because we tow it.
Paperwork
What paperwork do I need?
Usually photo ID and proof you own the vehicle, such as the registration papers. If something's missing, call us and we'll talk you through it.
The car isn't in my name. Can I still sell it?
Possibly. Call us and explain the situation and we'll let you know what's needed.
Do I need to cancel the rego myself?
Give us a call and we'll explain what to do with the registration and plates for your situation.
